If you wish to exercise your rights, it involves your identification, and the Data Controller necessarily needs to communicate with you. You contest the accuracy of the personal data, in which case the restriction shall be for a period enabling the Data Controller to verify the accuracy of the personal data. If the accuracy of the data can be immediately established, no restriction will be applied.

The Data Controller no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of processing, but you require them for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
