Description of Data Processing during Website Operation
Information on the Use of Cookies
What is a cookie?
The Data Controller uses so-called cookies during the visit of the website. A cookie is a package of information consisting of letters and numbers that our website sends to your browser in order to save certain settings, facilitate the use of our website, and assist in collecting some relevant, statistical information about our visitors.
Some cookies do not contain personal information and are not suitable for individual user identification, but some of them contain an individual identifier – a secret, randomly generated number – which is stored on your device, thereby ensuring your identifiability. The duration of operation of individual cookies is provided in the relevant description of each cookie.
Legal Background and Legal Basis of Cookies:
The legal basis for data processing is Article 6(1)(a) of the Regulation, based on your consent.
Main Characteristics of Cookies Used by the Website:
Strictly Necessary Cookies: These cookies are essential for the use of the website and enable the basic functions of the website. Without these, many functions of the site will not be available to you. The lifespan of these types of cookies is limited to the duration of the session.
Cookies for Improving User Experience: These cookies collect information about the user's website usage, such as which pages are most frequently visited or what error message is received from the website. These cookies do not collect personally identifiable information about the visitor, so they work with completely generic, anonymous information. The data obtained from these cookies is used to improve the performance of the website. The lifespan of these types of cookies is limited to the duration of the session.
Google Adwords Cookie: When someone visits our site, the visitor's cookie ID is added to the remarketing list. Google uses cookies - such as NID and SID cookies - in Google products, such as customizing ads seen in Google Search. These cookies are used, for example, to remember your recent searches, interactions with ads from individual advertisers or search results, and visits to advertiser websites. The AdWords conversion tracking feature uses cookies. Cookies are saved to the user's computer when the person clicks on an ad to track sales and other conversions resulting from the ad. Some common uses of cookies include selecting ads based on what is relevant to a particular user, refining reports on campaign performance, and avoiding displaying ads that the user has already viewed.
Google Analytics Cookie: Google Analytics is Google's analytical tool that helps website and app owners get a more accurate picture of their visitors' activities. The service can use cookies to collect information and generate reports on statistical data related to website usage without personally identifying visitors to Google. The main cookie used by Google Analytics is the "__ga" cookie. In addition to reports based on website usage statistics, Google Analytics - along with some of the advertising cookies described above - can also be used to display more relevant ads on Google products (such as Google Search) and across the internet.
Remarketing Cookies: Previous visitors or users may see ads when browsing other websites on the Google Display Network or searching for terms related to its products or services.
Facebook Pixel (Facebook Cookie): The Facebook pixel is a code that allows reporting on conversions, building target audiences, and providing detailed analysis data to the website owner about visitors’ website usage. With the Facebook pixel, personalized offers and ads can be displayed to website visitors on the Facebook platform. You can review Facebook’s data policy here: https://www.facebook.com/privacy/explanation
