Manufacturing LED Lighting Products
Over the past 15 years, we have developed LED modules and lights for our own projects and at the request of our clients. Utilizing our extensive experience, we began developing and manufacturing LED grow lights in 2018.
LED Plant Lighting, Greenhouse Lighting
The future of plant cultivation is partly moving indoors—into greenhouses, basements, and halls. Automated “plant factories” are popular in Western Europe and the United States—indoor farms monitored by computer systems, even in city centers and on rooftops. These fully automated conditions (light, humidity, nutrients, water) allow the production of nutrient-rich foods for thousands of people in a relatively small area, free from pests.
Since LED light sources produce significantly less heat than traditional lamps, they can be placed close to plants, enabling multi-level farms.
Research and Development
We conduct successful experiments testing LED lights in greenhouse environments. Considering the latest plant biology research, we test various light spectrum lamps. Our experience shows significant savings compared to traditional yellow sodium (HPS) and metal halide (CDM) lamps.
We continuously develop our programmable multispectral plant lighting control system, equipping our lamps with calendar control to produce light compositions suitable for different plant life cycles. This allows for the stimulation of flowering or the control of vegetative growth.
In collaboration with the Agricultural Research Institute in Martonvásár, part of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences, we tested multiple light spectrums on pepper and tomato plants.. The aim was to study growth and morphology, as well as flowering and fruit ripening, with final measurements (dry matter content, flavors, etc.). The results have been published in a joint publication.
